Stephen Brent

Stephen Brent's work experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer for VicRoads, where they were involved in the sale and concession of VicRoads Registration & Licensing business and its Custom Plates business. Stephen also worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Lochard Energy, a multi-billion dollar energy infrastructure service provider. In this role, they had various financial, strategic, and corporate responsibilities. Additionally, Stephen Brent worked as the Director of Corporate Finance at Helmsec Global Capital, the Executive Director of Resources at Wilson HTM Investment Group, and the Director and Head of Australian Upstream Oil & Gas at Macquarie Capital.

Stephen Brent has pursued a CPA qualification from CPA Australia. Additionally, they have completed a Bachelor of Commerce (1st Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, with a major in Finance and Accounting.
