Michael R. Creasy

Michael R. Creasy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Lead Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator at Victor 12, Inc. since February 2024 and as the Owner of MC Squared Solutions LLC. Previously, Michael held the position of Learning and Development Program Manager at E. & J. Gallo Winery from September 2021 to February 2023, and amassed over 17 years of experience at Gallo Glass Company in various roles, including Manager of Operations Industrial Training & Education. Michael also served multiple roles in the US Navy Reserve from 2009 to 2019, including Fleet Historian and Chief Staff Officer. Michael holds a BA in History from The Citadel, two MBAs in Technology Management and Business/Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Command & Staff Diploma from the U.S. Naval War College.
