Gary Man currently serves as Operations and Customer Services Manager for the British Film Institute and holds the position of Visitor Experience Manager at the Victoria and Albert Museum, where involvement in the pre-opening planning for Young V&A has been significant. Prior experience includes roles at M+, where Gary contributed to pre-launch planning and daily operations, and at Cathay Pacific Airways, where leadership in inflight service excellence was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Media and Cultural Production from the University of the West of England and training from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.
