Tess Alperin

Tess Alperin has a diverse work experience in data insights, analytics, and business intelligence. Tess is currently the Director of Data Insights & Analytics at Victoria Beckham Beauty since January 2024. Before that, they worked at Rent The Runway as a Business Intelligence Manager from October 2023 to January 2024, as a Business Intelligence Analyst III from April 2023 to October 2023, and as a Business Intelligence Analyst II from January 2022 to March 2023. Prior to Rent The Runway, Tess was an Analytics Manager at Birchbox from October 2021 to December 2021. Tess also held various positions at Birchbox including Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Global Planning Associate & Business Intelligence Analyst, and Associate Planner. Tess started their career as a Student Director of Planning & Analytics at Marist MPorium from January 2016 to May 2019. Tess also gained experience as a Planning Intern at Birchbox in 2018, a Retail Analytics Intern at thredUP from June 2017 to May 2018, and a Fine Jewelry Intern at Ilana Ariel from May 2016 to August 2016.

Tess Alperin attended Marist College from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising. In 2017, they also participated in a Study Abroad Program at MOD'SPE Paris, focusing on Fashion Merchandising.
