Cierra Sherwin

Cierra Sherwin is the current Head of Product Innovation at Victoria Beckham. Cierra has also held the position of Chief Product and Marketing Officer at DERMAFLASH, and Head of Product Innovation at Victoria Beckham. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Marketing and Innovation at Glossier, and Senior Manager Product Development at Juice Beauty, Inc. Cierra has also worked as a Product Innovation Manager at Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH) and as a Global Product Development Assistant Manager at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.

Cierra Sherwin attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Latin School of Chicago. Cierra received certification from the Estee Lauder Companies in the Estee Lauder U-Inc Class of 2011- Leadership Development Program.
