Noel Leahy

Noel Leahy is an experienced IT and business systems manager currently serving at Phi Finney McDonald since May 2023. With a long tenure at Victoria Racing Club since 2011, Noel supports the Chairman's Office, particularly during the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
