Richard Jordan

Richard Jordan is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at the Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency since July 2022, Richard has held various leadership roles including Director at Ballantinia Farm Forestry Services and Manager of People Operations at the Parliament of Victoria. Previous positions include Director of People & Security and Manager of Administration at the Department of Defence of Australia. Richard’s career also encompasses roles in academic institutions and health services, starting as a Personnel Officer at the Department of Education and Training in Victoria. Richard holds a Master of Workplace and Employment Law from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University.
