Audrey Chong

Audrey Chong has over two decades of diverse experience in operations, project management, and customer care, primarily at Victorian Clinical Genetics Services (VCGS) since April 2010, where roles have included Operations and Project Manager and Customer Care Manager. Prior experience includes a process improvement role at Sensis and business analysis at APN News & Media LTD, along with workforce planning positions at Westpac New Zealand and Air New Zealand. Early career roles involved support and administration functions at Hansen Technologies and Clear Communications Ltd. Audrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Management Studies/Labour Relations from The University of Auckland.
