Marilyne Crestias is an experienced professional in the renewable energy and policy sectors, currently serving as Head of Policy & Advocacy at Clean Energy Investor Group since August 2020 and Interim Chief Executive Officer at QEC since July 2024. With a rich background that includes roles as Policy Director and Company Secretary at QEC, Deputy Chair of the Victorian National Parks Association, and Director at Renewable Energy Insights Pty Ltd, Marilyne has demonstrated leadership in setting strategic direction, delivering quality care, and overseeing key policy priorities. Past experience includes senior roles at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, and the Department of Treasury and Finance in Victoria, where Marilyne provided critical policy advice on renewable energy and economic matters. Marilyne holds multiple degrees, including a Masters in International Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Asian Studies, alongside professional certifications in governance and project management.
