Baptiste Marchis

Baptiste Marchis has extensive experience in the retail and luxury goods industry. Baptiste has held various leadership roles at Victoria's Secret, L'Oréal, and TAG Heuer. At Victoria's Secret, they served as the VP of Digital International, overseeing digital commerce operations in over 150 countries. Baptiste was also the VP of Global Travel Retail, managing 100+ stores and 300+ beauty counters. Prior to Victoria's Secret, Baptiste worked at L'Oréal as an Area Manager in Travel Retail Americas and as a Business Analyst. Baptiste began their career at TAG Heuer as a Financial Analyst.

Baptiste Marchis completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business & Economics from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in 2007. Baptiste then pursued an MSc in Management with a focus on Finance & Strategy from emlyon business school from 2007 to 2010. As part of their studies, they also participated in a one-year exchange program at Universitat Jaume I in 2006-2007, where they studied Business & Economics. In 2009, Baptiste Marchis temporarily attended National Taiwan University as an exchange student, studying for a Global MBA. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Driving Digital Strategy from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2022.
