Helen Hampton

Helen Hampton has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Helen is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent at Victoria's Secret. Prior to this, Helen held various leadership roles at Delta Air Lines, including Managing Director of Global Talent Management and Managing Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development. Helen also worked as the Chief Administrative Officer at the Westside Future Fund, where they built and managed a high-performing team and implemented community development strategies in Atlanta. Helen has also worked as the President and Coach at STEPP Executive Coaching, where they specialized in transforming leaders and enhancing their effectiveness. Earlier in their career, Helen held significant positions at companies such as PulteGroup, VW Credit, Inc., Volkswagen of America, Inc., and Ameritech. Throughout their career, Helen has demonstrated expertise in talent management, learning and development, organization development, and strategic planning.

Helen Hampton earned a Bachelor's Degree in Food Systems Economics Management from Michigan State University between 1983 and 1988. Helen pursued professional coaching in Executive and Life coaching at CTI - The Coaches Training Institute. Additionally, Helen obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing from Wayne State University.
