Rob Moons

Rob Moons has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Rob is currently working as the Senior Vice President Human Resources at Victoria's Secret since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at Levi Strauss & Co. from October 2017 to August 2021.

Before joining Levi Strauss & Co., Moons worked at Victoria's Secret as the AVP, Human Resources from an unspecified date in 2012 to October 2017. Rob also has experience at Limited Brands, Inc, where they held various roles starting at the Manager level in 2007. During their time at Limited Brands, they were responsible for providing HR leadership to sourcing/manufacturing organizations, the International business, and design and creative groups.

Moons began their career in human resources at Liz Claiborne, Inc as a Manager, Human Resources from July 2000 to August 2005. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr Staffing Specialist at Stride Rite Corporation from September 1997 to July 2000. Rob started their career at Fairfaxx Corporation as a Senior Executive Search Consultant from February 1993 to August 1997.

Rob Moons obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management/Marketing from the University of Connecticut between 1987 and 1992. Additionally, they have completed certifications in Korn Ferry 360 and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry.
