Tim Johnson

Tim Johnson has a diverse work experience in various leadership and board member roles. Tim currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Victoria's Secret, where they oversee the financial operations of the company. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at The Aaron's Company, LogicSource, Inc., DYLN, and FST Logistics.

Before their board roles, Johnson had a long and successful career at Big Lots Stores, where they served as the EVP Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. During their time at Big Lots, they played a key role in driving annual comparable store sales growth, improving revenue and net income, and leading the corporate real estate team. Tim also held positions such as CFO - Senior Vice President and Senior Vice President - Finance, where they provided executive leadership and led the finance team.

Johnson's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Financial Reporting at L Brands and as a Senior Accountant at Coopers and Lybrand.

Tim Johnson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a major in Accounting from Miami University from 1985 to 1989. Tim also completed the Uniform CPA Examination in August 1991 to become a Certified Public Accountant, although their status is currently inactive.
