Yves Calderone

Yves Calderone has extensive experience in product development, fragrance development, and innovation in the beauty and retail industries. Yves began their career at International Flavors & Fragrances as a Junior Perfumer from 1998 to 2003. They then joined Robertet Group as a Perfumer and later became a Senior Perfumer from 2003 to 2005. Yves's career then took them to L Brands, where they held various roles such as Director of Fragrance Development at Bath & Body Works and Vice President of Innovation & New Business Development at Mast Global. At L Brands, Yves led innovation teams, developed new product technologies, and created novel business models. Currently, Yves Calderone is the Vice President of Product & Fragrance Development and R&D at Victoria's Secret, where they lead the innovation and development of new products and fragrances for the global beauty business.

Yves Calderone completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Columbia University between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy and Music from the College of the Holy Cross in 1994.
