Marie Wood

Marie Wood is a Talent Partner at Victorious. Prior to their current role, they served as a Talent Attraction Partner at method products pbc from May 2018 to March 2020, a Home Office Recruiter at Peet's Coffee from September 2016 to March 2017, and a Sr. Recruiter at Big Heart Pet Brands from September 2015 to August 2016. In their previous role at Big Heart Pet Brands, Marie was responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting involving partnering with hiring managers to define position requirements and candidate qualifications, identifying recruiting sources and implementing recruitment plans, screening and interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations to the Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers, leading debrief meetings with managers regarding candidates, determining compensation and offer packages in collaboration with the HR Business Partner, and coordinating and interpreting background check & drug screening process and results. Prior to their time at Big Heart Pet Brands, Marie served as a Creative Resource Coordinator at IDEO from December 2013 to June 2014 and as a Recruiter at Sony Corporation of America - Global Web Office from June 2013 to November 2013.

Marie Wood has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Golden Gate University and a Certificate in NonProfit/Arts Administration from Golden Gate University.
