Isha Desai

Isha Desai is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as an Online Scholar at Girls Who Invest since February 2024, engaged in a selective program designed to deepen understanding of the investment industry and essential investment principles. Simultaneously, Isha holds various roles at Victors Value Investments, including Alumni Committee Chair, Industrials Sector Head, and Investment Analyst, and serves as Investment Chair at Phi Beta Lambda at the University of Michigan. Additional experience includes positions as Investment Analyst with the Michigan Investment Group and Consulting Analyst at Capital Consulting Group. Upcoming summer 2024, Isha will intern with Schroders as a Fixed Income Credit Summer Intern and has previously worked as a Private Equity Analyst at Berg Lake Ascension, LLC, a Retail Sales Associate at Aéropostale, and a Tennis Coach at Dundee Township Park District. Isha is pursuing a degree at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, having graduated from Harry D Jacobs High School in May 2022.
