Alex Chan

Alex Chan has extensive experience in data engineering and operations, currently serving as Data Engineering and Data Operations Manager at Victory Capital since July 2016, previously holding roles as Senior Data Engineer and Data Engineer. Prior to this, Alex worked at RS Investments from May 2011 to June 2016, where positions included Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer/Database Developer and System Analyst/Enterprise Applications Engineer. Alex's career began at Bain & Company as a TSG Support Specialist and also included a role as Help Desk/Telecom Technician at RS Investments. An internship was completed at the Biology Scholars Program in 2006. Alex holds two Bachelor's degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Cell and Developmental Biology, and in Psychology, both obtained between August 2001 and May 2006.
