Jillian Moorman

Jillian Moorman is a Research Associate at Victory Capital, a role held since July 2023. Previously, Jillian held multiple positions at OUSEMG from April 2020 to May 2023, including Executive Board, Head Analyst, and Analyst. Jillian interned as an Equity Research Summer Associate at KeyBanc Capital Markets in Summer 2022, contributing to research for the Diversified Industrial and Leisure Products & Facilities teams. Earlier internships include working as an Equity Research Intern at Victory Capital in Summer 2021 and participating in the Citi Early ID Program in February 2021. Jillian also gained experience at the KBCM Women in Corporate & Investment Banking Conference in early 2021 and worked as a Sales Associate at Footsteps Dancewear from August 2017 to June 2020. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Business Analytics from Ohio University, completed in 2023.
