Jim Love

Jim Love serves as Associate General Counsel at Victory Capital, a position held since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Compliance Director at USAA from October 2017 to June 2019, and Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer, and Senior Legal Counsel at Virtus Investment Partners from April 2016 to August 2017. At Virtus, Jim Love provided comprehensive legal and compliance services to RidgeWorth Investments, contributing to its successful acquisition. Previous positions include Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel at U.S. Global Investors, and various roles at USAA, Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and Birch & Davis Associates. Jim Love holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from William & Mary Law School and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Economics from Cornell University.
