Joe Balestra

Joe Balestra has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Joe started their career in 2001 at BlackRock, where they worked as a Regional Vice President for 15 years. In 2016, they joined Victory Capital as a Regional Sales Director.

Joe Balestra earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Toledo College of Business. Joe attended the university from 1989 to 1993.
