Lance Humphrey

Lance Humphrey, CFA, currently serves as a Portfolio Manager at Victory Capital since July 2019 and has held the role of Portfolio Manager for Global Multi Asset Portfolios at USAA Asset Management Company since August 2007, managing over $10 billion in assets across various funds and ETFs. Responsibilities include quantitative asset allocation research, factor-based investing, risk management, and investment communications. Previously, Lance was a Product Management Analyst and Financial Advisor at Resource Consulting Group, also working as a Portfolio Management Analyst. Lance earned a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Texas State University between 2003 and 2007.
