Sharri Hall-Carger

Sharri Hall-Carger is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Victory Capital since April 2021, Sharri previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Schneider Engineering, LLC from May 2018 to April 2021. Prior to that, Sharri worked at Accenture as a Recruiting Administration / Service Delivery Operations Manager from May 2017 to May 2018, and at Capital Group Companies, American Funds, from 1996 to December 2015 in multiple positions including Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Senior Manager. Sharri's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
