Grant Eldred

Grant Eldred is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People and Partner at Rokos Capital Management since May 2024, Grant also holds the position of Chief People Officer at Clifford Chance since April 2021 and serves as an advisor at Gilgal General. Prior to these roles, Grant had a distinguished career at Goldman Sachs from April 2006 to March 2021, where responsibilities included Global Head of HR Transformation and other leadership positions related to human capital management. Earlier experience includes consultancy roles at Mercer, Buck Consultants, and Gissings, with a strong focus on benefits, wellness, and reward strategies. Grant holds a BA in International Relations from Keele University, earned from 1989 to 1992.
