Betsy Scarpaci has extensive experience in student affairs and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Transportation, Operations, & Creative Content Director at Victory College Prep since September 2018. Previous roles include Sales Manager at Barton's Discounts, Assistant Director for Student Affairs at Penn State, and various positions in higher education including Coordinator at Penn State University and Area Coordinator at Allegheny College. Betsy began a career in residence life as a Residence Hall Counselor at Lincoln College and a Resident Director at Blackburn College. Academically, Betsy holds a Master of Science in Counseling in Student Affairs from Creighton University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Blackburn College, along with an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Lincoln College.

Victory College Prep
Victory College Prep (VCP) opened in August 2005 on the Southeast side of Indianapolis with the goals of serving all students in the city. VCP is a public, K-12 charter school and serves approximately 900 students. The mission of Victory College Prep is to prepare students with the academic and social-emotional skills necessary to success in college, career, and life. We use a restorative approach to discipline and develop the whole child in our school. We leverage relationships and social skill development to ensure that all students graduate prepared to solve problems, work collaboratively, and persevere in the world. All students in grades 7-12 participate in a daily advisory program for 50 minutes. Staff advisors remain with their students throughout their entire high school career and focus on developing social-emotional skills, academic development, and college-and-career advising.
