Jon Cooper

Jon Cooper recently served as Deputy Managing Director, U.S. Operations and Expansion at Canopy Growth after selling ebbu to Canopy in 2018. Based on ebbu’s scientific discoveries, the company filed 40+ patents related to more than 1,500 inventions under Cooper’s leadership as founder, including water-soluble cannabinoid technology and the development of cannabinoid formulations that produce consistent mood effects, like relaxation. Before ebbu, Mr. Cooper launched several companies and served in various leadership roles in technology, communications, consulting and media firms. He has worked with dozens of startups to help them refine their business strategy and plans, and he’s guided them with their financing strategies and investor relations.
