Joseph King received both his B.S. and M.S. in Food Science from Purdue University. King’s thesis centered around utilization of sustainable proteins developed from the underutilized and invasive silver carp. King has experience analyzing both physiochemical and sensory changes within various food matrices and has worked with a variety of food and alcohol matrixes.
