Peter Strugatz

Peter Strugatz was part of the Green Monday Ventures team that made investments in Califia Farms, Beyond Meat, Lavva, Perfect Day, Green Common, and other plant-based food companies. Peter is an early member of the mission-driven business community as an entrepreneur and an investor. Peter’s resume includes 22 years as CEO of manufacturing companies and eight years as a full-time social angel investor. Peter served as co-founder and co-CEO of IceStone, which was among the first to achieve Cradle to Cradle Gold certification, becoming a founding member of B Corp., and was named as one of the first Inc. Magazine’s “50 Greenest Companies.”
