Joel Hart

Joel Hart joined VPC in 2014 and is a Principal and the Credit Risk Manager. He is responsible for risk management across VPC’s portfolio companies from initial due diligence through the entire course of the relationship.

Previously, Mr. Hart was a manager in the Risk and Compliance practice at global consulting firm, Protiviti, where he specialized in credit risk and lender due diligence for asset securitizations and other structured finance transactions.

Mr. Hart received a B.S. in finance and Master of Accountancy from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and certified Financial Risk Manager.
