Laura Woolf

Laura Woolf joined VPC in 2013 and is the Corporate Controller. She manages the corporate accounting, tax and finance matters for the firm, including the management company and general partner entities. Ms. Woolf produces the firm’s monthly and annual financial statements, and oversees treasury activities and legal entity management.

Previously, Ms. Woolf was a senior associate within the audit practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP where she specialized in audits of entities in the manufacturing industry.

Ms. Woolf is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she received her B.S. and Masters of Accountancy. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
