Vlad Damian

Vlad Damian has a diverse background in engineering and technical management. Vlad is currently the Director of Engineering at Victory Square Partners since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at 3Pillar Global where they held the positions of Senior Technical Manager from February 2017 to November 2019 and Engineering/Technical Manager from July 2013 to February 2017. Before joining 3Pillar Global, Vlad worked at Continental where they served as a Project Leader/Team Leader from November 2009 to July 2013. Vlad also held the roles of Software Architect from November 2007 to November 2009 and Java Developer from November 2004 to November 2007 at Continental.

Vlad Damian attended Universitatea de Nord din Baia-Mare from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Math - Computer Science. In 2016, they also obtained a certification in PMI-ACP from the Project Management Institute.
