Harry Holt

Harry Holt has a diverse work experience in various industries. Harry started their career in 2016 as a Waiter, Front of House, and Bartender at A'VUCCIRIA LIMITED, where they worked until February 2019. During this time, they showcased their adaptability by performing various roles within the restaurant/bar and contributed to achieving the award for UK's Best Italian at the Italian awards in 2018.

In 2019, Harry joined TK MAXX as a Store Assistant, where they provided friendly customer service, promoted the selling of products, and efficiently managed merchandise and store equipment. Harry continued in this role until January 2021.

Afterward, Harry gained further experience at Morrisons as a Store Assistant from November 2021 to January 2022. Here, they exhibited excellent customer service skills and effectively organized stock and equipment.

Their most recent position is with Victrex, where they started in September 2022 as a Research And Development Scientist. In this role, Harry focuses on the development, manufacturing, and processing of high-performance polymers and sustainable polymer solutions. Harry has received training in the operation of compounding extruders and injection moulding machinery. Furthermore, they are adept at performing analytical techniques using various equipment to determine thermal stability, polymer composition, mechanical properties, and processing properties.

Overall, Harry Holt has gained valuable experience in customer service, organization, and scientific research and development.

Harry Holt completed their education at various institutions. Harry obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from Lancaster University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Alder Grange Sixth Form from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Physical Education. From 2011 to 2017, they attended Alder Grange School and completed their GCSE.

In addition to their formal education, Harry Holt has also obtained several certifications. In August 2023, they obtained the certifications "Introduction to LCA" and "LCA For Experts (aka GaBi)" from Sphera. In May 2023, they obtained the "Registered Scientist (RSci)" certification from the Royal Society of Chemistry. In February 2023, they received the "PTIC's Polymer Processing Certificate - Injection Moulding Level 3" from the Polymer Training and Innovation Centre. Harry became an "Affiliate Member" of the Royal Society of Chemistry in November 2022. In October 2022, they completed the "Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for Chemical Engineers" certification from the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE). Lastly, in September 2022, they completed the "JMP Statistical Thinking for Industrial Problem Solving" certification from JMP.
