Jason Hall

Jason Hall has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Jason'smost recent role is as an Engineering Manager at Victrex, which they began in October 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Asset & Reliability Manager at Victrex from April 2020 to October 2020, and before that, they were an Engineering Project Manager at the same company from July 2018 to April 2020.

Before joining Victrex, Jason worked at Centriforce Products Limited as an Engineering Manager from May 2017 to February 2018. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of Engineering and implemented new concepts to bring the organization into a more structured format.

Jason also has significant experience working for the UK Ministry of Defence. Jason was an Operations Manager from October 2012 to June 2015, overseeing the maintenance of a large fleet of equipment and achieving staff reduction and increased equipment availability. Prior to this, they were an Operations Manager from September 2011 to October 2012, leading a multidisciplinary team during the London Olympics and streamlining processes to meet required savings. Jason also worked as an Engineering Consultant from June 2009 to August 2011, where they led a multinational team in the development of an in-house engine test facility and delivered significant cost savings. Additionally, they served as an Engineering Systems Manager from October 2007 to May 2009, managing and reviewing processes for a company of 170 employees.

Jason's earliest role was as an Engineering Manager at a group of 4000 employees split between the UK and the Middle East. Jason was responsible for electronic repair and played a key role in establishing the electronic repair department in the Middle East. Jason also assumed the role of Operations Manager during the absence of their line manager.

From 2004 to 2006, Jason Hall attended the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
