Kristin Pachmayer obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resources Training & Development from Amberton University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, Kristin has also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in January 2023.
