Kristin Pachmayer

Kristin Pachmayer has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Kristin currently serves as an HR Partner for the Americas at Victrex, where they provide full HR support across 22 states. Their role involves implementing the organization's HR global strategy and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Kristin supports various business units and functions. Prior to this, Kristin worked as an HR Generalist at Victrex, where they focused on improving team morale and engagement. During this time, they supported the integration of a new business into the team.

Before joining Victrex, Kristin worked as a Human Resources Operations Associate at ZS Associates. In this role, they provided general HR support to employees across multiple offices. Kristin managed various HR processes, including employee transitions, performance management, and internal communications.

In addition to their corporate experience, Kristin also had short-term roles at the Animal Welfare Association as a Contract HR personnel, and at Logista Solutions as an HR Assistant. Kristin started their career as a Teller Banking Representative at PNC.

Kristin Pachmayer obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resources Training & Development from Amberton University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, Kristin has also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in January 2023.
