Linn Häkkinen

Linn Häkkinen is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in People and Culture within global organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Yara International, specifically for Yara Industrial Solutions, Linn manages P&C activities for approximately 2,000 employees across multiple production sites globally. Previous roles at Yara include Vice President of Human Resources for Farming Solutions and Senior HR Manager for global business excellence. Prior to Yara, Linn held significant HR positions at Shell, including Compensation & Benefits Advisor and Change Management Lead during a major refinery conversion. Linn's career began at WesternGeco/Schlumberger as a Personnel Representative. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business and Commerce with a focus on Human Resources from Western Sydney University, and a Bachelor of Business in IT-Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
