Shane Ferguson

Shane Ferguson is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in diverse industries, currently serving as the Head of Sales for the Energy & Industrial Strategic Business Unit at Victrex since December 2010. In this role, Shane is globally responsible for driving core growth and delivering sustainable revenue in the Americas. Prior to Victrex, Shane held key positions such as Director of Sales and Marketing at Bellco Glass, Inc., where significant productivity improvements and sales growth were achieved, and Sales Manager at Interflex Inc., where a pioneering sales plan was implemented. Additional roles include Strategic Accounts Manager at SoftBrands Hospitality, Strategic Account Manager at Leadscope, Inc., and Senior Account Executive positions at FutureTech Consulting and Analytical Graphics, Inc.
