Dimitrios Babladimos is a Senior Radio Engineer at VICTUS Networks since March 2014, specializing in RAN sharing design and planning for Vodafone and Wind Hellas, focusing on enhancing network coverage and quality of service. As a Co-Founder and Project Manager at Beat4key from October 2016 to August 2017, Dimitrios oversaw project management, business plan development, and machine learning algorithm testing. Previously, Dimitrios held multiple engineering roles at WIND Hellas from 2001 to 2014, contributing to radio planning and service fulfillment. Currently, Dimitrios is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Robotics and Control Systems at the National Technical University of Athens, having previously obtained an MSc in Communications and Signal Processing from Newcastle University and a BSc in Physics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.

VICTUS Networks is a Mobile Network Sharing Company created by the joint venture of Vodafone Greece and NOVA (with 50:50 participation). The company’s main objective is to manage the Radio Access and Transport Networks (RAN) of its parent companies and, in parallel, implement a partial active radio network sharing (MORAN) for the 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G technologies mostly in rural and in selected urban areas of Greece.
