Claudia Ryan

Claudia Ryan, LCSW, serves as the Senior Director of Therapy and Care Navigation at Vida Health since May 2019, having held various roles including Director of Therapy and Care Navigation and Therapist, where responsibility included providing clinical therapy services and developing educational content on various mental health topics. Claudia also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and operates Provider Support Counseling & Consulting, LLC, offering clinical psychotherapy and behavioral health education, with expertise in workplace trauma and resiliency. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Counselor at Bon Secours Mercy Health and Bon Secours Employee Assistance. Claudia holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
