Lia Arsjad has over 20 years of work experience in customer service and operations. Lia began their career in 2001 as a Phone Banking Officer at Citi, and then moved on to become a Client Support Representative at OmniTouch International in 2005. In 2006, they were hired as a Branch Service Manager at HSBC, where they were responsible for developing relationships with Premier customers, providing servicing and administrative support to Wealth Managers, and assisting in investigation and document preparation to solve customer complaints. In 2012, Lia moved back to Citi as a Branch Customer Service Head. In 2016, they joined SPOTS as a Client Support Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining client relationships, operations support work orders, operations workflows and procedures, and SLA and document management. In 2020, Lia joined Midtrans as a Merchant Payments - Offline Payment Operation Lead, where they managed a team of payment offline operations, monitored day to day operational activities, and handled merchant onboarding, product activation, QRIS registration, SOPs, and issues escalations. In 2021, Lia joined GoTo Financial as a Merchant KYC Manager, and they are currently working as a Customer Operations Manager at VIDA Digital Identity since 2022.

Lia Arsjad completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from STIE Perbanas Kuningan between 1997 and 2001.
