Nonna began their career as a Global Community Development Program (GCDP) AIESEC Exchange Participant for AIESEC in 2014, teaching English and other subjects. In 2016, they became a Barista for PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia (Starbucks Indonesia). In 2017, they were a Supervisor Chico (Inditex - BERSHKA) for PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. In 2018, they held two positions: a Customer Experience Management (CEM) Support for Astra Life and a Marketing Executive for ZEISS Medical Technology for ZEISS Surgical Microscope (Dentistry). In 2019, they were an Associate Consultant for Glints and a Business Advocate for identifAI, State-owned Corp. Banks & Private Sectors (Enterprise), and Government and Public Sectors for Nodeflux Teknologi Indonesia. In 2022, they will become a Customer Success Manager for VIDA Digital Identity.

Nonna Rahsti obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) between 2012 and 2017. In 2021, they also obtained two certifications: Sales Enablement from HubSpot Academy and HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy.
