Philip Bleach has had a varied and successful career in the tech industry. Philip began their career in 2012 as an Implementation Consultant at InsideSales.com, where they were responsible for implementing new products and measuring results. Philip then moved into a Client Account Manager role, where they built relationships with clients, discovered their needs, and consulted on operational and personnel best practices. Philip then became a Technical Account Manager, where they tailored products and setups to maximize key metrics. In 2016, Philip moved to Snow Logic USA, where they were a Product Manager and Software Engineer. As Product Manager, they identified and helped deliver features with high impact on snowmaking operations, improved large annual product delivery by 2-5 months by leading migration from high-risk waterfall to Agile for software and hardware development. As Software Engineer, they increased app usage 12-fold by promoting and building a responsive UI for mobile, and redesigned the app from the ground up. In the same year, Philip also took on two roles at DevMountain, as a Web Developer. In this role, they developed a content analyzer tool for journalists and a visualization developer for a medical billing and reporting application. Most recently, Philip has been a Product Manager and Software Engineer at VidAngel since 2020.

Philip Bleach received their Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University. In 2016, they completed a Full Stack Web Development program at Devmountain.
