Adam MacDonald

Adam MacDonald is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at VidCruiter, where they focus on modernizing hiring processes through video interviewing and other products. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at Caddie Service, where they helped clients overcome barriers to innovation and create customer-focused digital experiences. Adam also worked as a Senior Engineer at WAX, specializing in insurance for collectors. Additionally, Adam co-founded Foursum Golf and served as a Product Manager at Lymbix. Adam has also held positions at PropelICT Launch36 Accelerator, Industrial Alliance, Spheric Technologies Inc., Procter & Gamble, and CUNA Mutual Group.

Adam MacDonald has attended the University of New Brunswick, where they pursued a BCS degree in Software Engineering. Additionally, they have also studied at the Eastern Business Computer Institute, where they obtained a Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis.
