Brandon Graves is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in video storytelling, journalism, and education. Currently serving as the Director of the Newsroom Collective at The Video Consortium, Brandon leads initiatives to support local newsrooms with innovative strategies for engaging audiences through video. As an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Brandon instructs students in video field production techniques. Additionally, Brandon founded Four Hundred Frames, a consultancy focused on digital storytelling and content marketing that promotes positive representation of Black images in media. Previous roles include Virginia Program Manager at The Literacy Lab, enhancing the training of future teachers, and Director of Visual Presentation at 13News Now, where Brandon revitalized the station's storytelling approach. Brandon's career began as a photojournalist at WTKR-TV and includes a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Old Dominion University and theological studies at Virginia Beach Theological Seminary.
