Joe Kurilecz has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joe began their career as a Manager at Framingham Cable Associates in 1981 before moving on to become the Director/Camera Operator at WXNE TV Channel 25 in 1982. In 1989, they became the Production Manager at Videocraft Productions, where they supervised the production of corporate video programs and television commercials. Joe then moved on to become the General Manager at Commonwealth Studios in 1990, where they instituted operational improvements, managed finances, and ensured customer satisfaction. In 1993, Joe became the General Manager at Rule Broadcast Systems, Inc., combining operations management and business acumen to deliver revenue and profit gains. Joe later became the Captain at Boston Belle Charters in 1996, before transitioning to become the Business Manager - Accounting at Rule Boston Camera in 2010, where they managed receivables, equipment rentals, and inventory control. Currently, they work as a Project Manager at VideoLink LLC since 2014. Throughout their career, Joe has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, contributing to the success and growth of the companies they have worked for.

Joe Kurilecz has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Broadcast and Film, which they obtained from Boston University from 1977 to 1981. Joe also took additional courses in Accounting, Business, Finance, and Financial Planning at the same university from 1996 to 1997. In terms of certifications, they obtained the NABCEP Solar Professional certification from NABCEP in 2010. Additionally, they hold a Coast Guard Merchant Mariners Document from the U.S. Coast Guard, obtained in 1994. Joe also obtained a PADI Scuba Certification from PADI in 1992.
