Leigh Willis

Leigh Willis has extensive work experience in the field of engineering, specifically in the broadcast and media industry. They have held various roles at VideoLink, LLC and VideoLink, Inc.

At VideoLink, LLC, Leigh worked as the VP of Engineering from 2017 without an end date. They were responsible for managing the development and release of a new java-based application for remote-control camera operations, resulting in an improved user experience and reduced errors. Leigh also led a team of engineers specializing in software development, network engineering, broadcast engineering, IT administration, and 24-7 operational support. Additionally, they played a key role in developing the current generation ReadyCam® remote control studio system with new features such as 4K video recording and live HD webcasting.

Prior to this, Leigh served as the Director of Engineering at VideoLink, LLC from 2006 to 2017. At VideoLink, Inc., Leigh started their career as a Broadcast Engineering Technician from 2002 to 2005. They integrated and operated various broadcast systems, managed the IT infrastructure, and provided IT help desk services.
