Ashley Molek

Ashley Molek is currently working at Videon as the Director of People Operations. Prior to this role, Ashley held positions in human resources at Metzler Forest Products, SilcoTek Corporation, and Geisinger. Previously, Ashley also worked in various roles at Days Inn and Huntingdon Cinema’s Clifton 5. Ashley pursued a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations at Penn State University, following a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Employment Relations also from Penn State University.
