Micah Willy

Micah Willy has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Micah started their career in 2000 as an Engineering Co-op at Videon, where they worked until the end of the year. Micah then joined Lockheed Martin as an Engineering Co-op from 1997 to 1999. Micah returned to Videon in 2001 as a Systems Engineer and worked in various roles within the company, including Lead Software Integration Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, and Engineering Manager. In 2018, they became the Director of Software Engineering and was promoted to Sr. Director of Technical Solutions in 2019. Currently, Micah serves as the VP of Solutions Engineering at Videon.

Micah Willy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, Micah attended South Fayette Township High School from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Micah has obtained several certifications, including "Product Strategy: Create, Experiment, and Go Big," "Product-Led Growth," "Project Management Fundamentals: Run projects effectively," "Leadership Flight School," and the "Dale Carnegie Course."
