Ashley Molek

Ashley Molek is currently the Director of People Operations at Videon. Prior to this, Ashley held positions as a Human Resources Manager at Metzler Forest Products, a Human Resources Generalist at SilcoTek Corporation, an Associate Human Resources Generalist at Geisinger, a Human Resources Liaison at Days Inn, and various roles including General Manager and Projectionist at Huntingdon Cinema’s Clifton 5. Ashley also worked as a Peer Writing Consultant at Pennsylvania State University. Ashley holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Employment Relations.
