Micah Willy

Micah Willy started their career as an Engineering Co-op at Lockheed Martin from 1997 to 1999. In 2000, they moved to Videon and worked as a Systems Engineer until 2007, where they became a Lead Software Integration Engineer. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Lead Software Engineer, followed by a role as an Engineering Manager from 2017 to 2018. They then became the Director of Software Engineering until 2019 and later served as a Sr. Director of Technical Solutions until 2024. Currently, Micah holds the position of VP of Solutions Engineering at Videon.

Micah Willy pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, graduating in 2000. Prior to that, they attended South Fayette Township High School from 1992 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Micah obtained the Dale Carnegie Course from Dale Carnegie Training in 2001 and Leadership Flight School from Bartell & Bartell, Ltd. in 2019. More recently, they acquired certifications in Product Strategy: Create, Experiment, and Go Big, Product-Led Growth, and Project Management Fundamentals: Run projects effectively from Udemy, though no specific dates are provided.
