Alain Bouvier

Alain Bouvier is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Planning, Standardization, and Regulatory Evolution at Videotron since September 2019, Alain previously held roles as an Independent Consultant and Senior Analyste VoIP & Multimedia. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Tata Communications included positions such as Associate Director - Process Excellence and Senior Business Process Architect, where Alain developed Knowledge Management strategies and Project Management Information Systems. Experience at Ericsson involved representing the organization in international forums and managing projects related to Mobile Switching Centers. Early career roles included positions at Comstream and SPAR Aerospace Limited, focusing on VSAT systems and satellite receivers. Alain holds a BAC in Aerospace Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a Teaching Certificate from UQAM.
