Madalina Plesoiu

Madalina Plesoiu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Madalina began their career in 2009 as a Talent Management Executive at AIESEC Cluj Napoca, where they participated in recruitment and development processes. Madalina also interacted with international trainees and organized events.

In 2011, Madalina worked as an Event Planning Intern at Transilvania International Film Festival, gaining experience in event management. Madalina then joined Sheridan Carriers as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for human resources activities from 2011 to 2014.

Madalina further expanded their skillset by joining Chalhoub Group as an Assistant General Manager at Allied Retail, where they supported project management, strategy development, and business plan preparation. Madalina developed strong relationships with external partners and played a key role in contract negotiations. Madalina was known for their expertise in various areas, such as marketing and operations.

From 2016 to 2017, Madalina served as a Business Development Manager at Darimedo, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and participating in local fairs.

In 2018, Madalina took on the role of Influencer Marketing Manager at Iris Beauty, where they worked remotely and established partnerships with influencers to promote the company's products on social media. This effort resulted in a significant revenue increase.

Madalina then joined Ipsos Interactive Services as a Project Manager in 2018, where they successfully managed multiple operational projects in online market research for major accounts.

Madalina continued their career at ChannelSight: eCommerce Intelligence from 2019 to 2023, starting as a Junior Manager Retailer and Partnerships and progressing to Senior Manager Retailer and Partnerships roles. Madalina actively expanded the retailer network, attended international conferences, and collaborated closely with clients to optimize service performance.

Most recently, Madalina joined Videowise | eCommerce Video Platform as a Partnerships Manager in 2023, showcasing their expertise in building and managing partnerships.

Throughout their diverse work experience, Madalina has demonstrated their ability to excel in various positions and industries, leveraging their skills in project management, business development, partnerships, and human resources.

Madalina Plesoiu completed their education at Babes-Bolyai University. From 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Public Relations with a focus on the German language. Following this, Madalina went on to obtain a Master's degree in Public Relations & Advertising, specializing in the German language, from the same university. Additionally, in November 2008, they obtained a certification in TestDaF from the Goethe Institut.
